Our response
We strive to:
- Confirm receipt within five business days
- Provide an initial assessment within ten business days
- To keep you updated on the progress
- To resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible
If you comply with these terms, we will not take any legal action against you in connection with your investigation. Reporting a violation does not entitle you to a financial reward.
