Also known as:
Pyrethrin
Pyrethrum – exists in two variants: ‘regular’ pyrethrum and nature pyrethrum. The former is chemical in origin, the latter has a natural base. The chemical variant degrades less quickly and provides lower resistance.
Natural pyrethrum is unfortunately not safe for other (useful) insects, such as bees.
Pyrethrum is toxic to fish, lobsters, shrimp, oysters and aquatic insects.
